Parking Lot Entry
To improve safety at the Brandychase entrance, a new dividing line and directional arrows have been painted on the roadway to clearly designate separate ENTRY and EXIT lanes.
Traffic along Manhattan Avenue has become increasingly heavy and is expected to worsen as nearby construction continues. Using the designated lanes and following the directional arrows will help reduce congestion and make it safer for residents entering and exiting the community.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the new traffic pattern and follow the painted markings each time you enter or leave Brandychase.
A small adjustment can make a big difference in keeping our entrance safe for everyone. Thank you for being a considerate neighbor!
Visitor Spaces
Our visitor parking spaces are now numbered!
Numbering each space will help us monitor visitor parking more efficiently, ensure that existing parking policies are followed, and help keep spaces available for everyone who needs them.
This is another step toward making parking at Brandychase easier, more organized, and less of an issue for residents and their guests. We’ll continue to keep you updated as additional parking improvements are made.
