Cleanup Committee

Responsible for identifying and addressing community cleanup needs, including common areas, litter, and general property appearance. The committee helps coordinate cleanup efforts, report maintenance concerns, and organize volunteer projects to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Communication Committee

Responsible for keeping residents informed about community notices. The committee helps prepare and distribute communications through appropriate channels and works to ensure information is clear, timely, and accessible to residents.
