I purchased my condo at Brandychase in dec of 1996. I have resided here the entire time, with the exception of a few years. The main reason that I was drawn to Brandychase was its location & affordability…which for South Tampa, is still a great deal today! I have always felt safe here. I reside in a second-floor unit, and was living here when we had the entire roof replaced. It was wonderful news, when the engineers working on the roofing project said “this is one of the best built properties that I have ever seen” …constructed out of cinder-blocks, concrete, and steel beams. In all of the many years that I have lived at Brandychase, I have only evacuated one time for hurricane reasons. I am Blessed with wonderful neighbors that I continue to build strong relationships.
